The property is extremely well looked after / modern and very clean and tastefully decorated . Bedrooms are spacious and very well air conditioned with excellent bathrooms . Kitchen and sitting room are very well equipped and the pool is beautifully maintained with stunning views over the bay/15 mins from Sivota and 20 mins to Vasilikí . I would highly recommend to any families with up to 4 children who want to base themselves on the south of the Island .
Not major but worth considering.
Most Hire Cars will be able to handle the road to the property but just be aware the road is a little steep and under maintained in places ( but perfectly safe ) so just be sure to have decent standard of car if renting a Car and accept the roads may not be to standards others are used to !

The villa is beautiful, the interiors and especially the bedrooms are really comfortable. The pool is stunning. The location was incredibly peaceful

Beautiful location with stunning views of the sea and the islands to the South (Ithica and Kefalonia). Brand new, very well maintained and comfortable. Very good value when compared to similar villas.
A steep ascent/decent to reach the villa but worth it imo. Definitely need a car.
