Appartenento e vista mozzafiato.
Credo che un minimo di colazione o qualcosa di simile sarebbe gradito essendo spesso le attività commerciali chiuse.
Suggerirei a chi fa dei lunghi soggiorni di lasciare i beni che non vanno a male. Che sia pasta, scottex, cioccolata o altro in modo che chi arriva trova già qualcosa. Oppure organizzare un minimo di colazione, anche solo fette biscottate e marmellata. Renderebbe il totale perfetto

L’appartement était spacieux et bien équipé, la terrasse est un vrai plus avec une super vue. Matteo, l’hôte est à l’écoute et très arrangeant. Il nous a conseillé plusieurs lieux où nous rendre connus des locaux.
Le logement est éloigné du centre de La Spezia mais le réseau de bus permet de se rendre très facilement (1 bus toutes les 10min) en ville. De plus, l’hôte nous a donné deux tickets.

Casa molto bella e veramente ampia, host veramente cortese, posizione logisticamente molto valida. Bagno enorme e comodissimo.Nulla da eccepire, ci tornerò.
Come già scritto per raggiungere la struttura bisogna fare un bel po' di gradini: non è un difetto ma bisogna tenerne conto se si hanno problemi di mobilità o se si viaggia con bagagli molto pesanti. Materasso un po' troppo morbido.

Het mooie uitzicht vanuit het balkon.

Door veel trapjes naar boven en beneden bouw je een goede conditie op! 🤗
Alles was ver: van supermarkt tot strand. Je moet een auto hebben als je iets wil zien of boodschappen doen.
Veel supermarkten in de buurt hebben geen parkeerplaats. Het beste was boodschappen doen bij Esselunga supermarkt in de stad met een grote ondergrondse parkeergarage.
Als je wil uiteten( beneden restaurants)moet je minstens 2 dagen van te voren reserveren.
Als je naar mooi strand wil, ga je naar Lerici.
