The cottage is both excellently located for the harbour and beach. It’s also an easy walk into the town which is 10-15 mins away. Fisher town is a labyrinth of very narrow streets, which would be fine if you have a small car. The cottage was beautifully presented, stylish and clean and had thoughtful touches such as towels for the dog. Everything looked quite new and the downstairs master bedroom and the bathroom are lovely. We got to Nairn an hour earlier than the check in time and after messaging the owners we were allowed in early as the cleaners had finished.
The 2 upstairs bedrooms were in the eaves which had sloping walls so mind your heads! However if you’re careful it’s manageable. The car parking space next to the cottage wasn’t long enough by a couple of feet for our long car and we were a bit worried it would get pranged due to the overhang, however we had no mishaps and there wasn’t as much car movement around the cottage as we had first feared. We couldn’t get a decent signal for live TV so had to utilise iplayer and Netflix etc.

Amazing renovated fisherman's cottage, very comfortable and luxurious. It was easy access to the Links, Central Beach, various pubs and restaurants and only 5-10 minutes walk to the Hugh Street. There is a nice sunny courtyard to sit outside and really important to us was dedicated parking

Clean, well furnished and close to the beach. The garden was cosy in the warm evenings and the area is quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Property has bags of character and perfect for a weekend getaway. There was also a fantastic chipper nearby which was a bonus.
Driving to the property is challenging with a big car given the very narrow streets surrounding the property - but the property has its own parking space which is handy. But the streets are obviously no fault of the property.
