The outstanding feature of this apartment is the big balcony with a stunning, panoramic view of the sea- it is rare to find such properties with this .
Owner is kind and communicative and check-in was easy.
The studio type apartment is compact but perfectly adequate for a couple ( plus I think there is a sofa bed for a child) . There is a very small kitchen facility with two cooking rings, coffee machine and basic utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle- everything in the apartment is spotlessly clean.
The owner kindly left beer and water.
With regard to parking, there are numerous paid ‘ blue zone’ parking spaces outside which costs €5 for 24 hours .Also the Mistral parking lot right next door for €11 for 24 hours. There is also free off road parking about 10 minutes walk up the road .
The swimming pool is fantastic ; infinity style right on the waters edge with great views out to sea. It is fairly large - big enough for a decent swim or for just chilling out. The pool itself is very clean and there is a poolside bar.
There are many restaurants and shops right on the doorstep so everything within walking distance.
The public areas of the complex ( Marina City) look a little tired, dusty and in need of refurbishment- cracked and broken floor tiles and the wooden decking around pool also quite old and broken and a little grubby in places . There’s also a lot of seagulls around - it’s right by the sea so to be expected but also quite nice and adds to the atmosphere. However, they do tend to leave a bit of a mess .
There was very loud music coming from a bar or restaurant nearby that didn’t stop until 4am one night , although I feel this maybe only happens at weekends.

Апартамента е разположен на крайбрежната пешеходна пътека. Всичко е наблизо, бар, море, басейна, ресторанти. Морска гледка по цял ден.
Не ми допада синята зона за паркиране. Няма място за кола,въпреки че се заплаща. Има място само на платения паркинг.
