We originally booked Best Apartments, but when we arrived for check-in, we were informed that there was no parking available there. The lady who welcomed us directed us to the apartment next door, Heaven Home, where we were able to park and stay.
Communication with the lady was a little difficult, as she did not speak English or Albanian very well, so we communicated with her daughter via WhatsApp.
As for the apartment itself, everything was perfect. Heaven Home was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious room and a lovely balcony equipped with a small kitchen and a table with two chairs. The air conditioning worked very well, and everything was exactly as we needed.
Despite the initial confusion with the accommodation, we had a very pleasant stay.
The only thing we did not appreciate was the lack of professionalism regarding the payment. The lady and her daughter told us that the price was higher than the amount we had originally booked through Booking.com. Although the difference was not very significant, we found this to be unprofessional and unpleasant.

Objekat je prostran, izuzetno čist i uredan. Gospođa Mira je divna žena, koja je bila na raspolaganju za sve što nam treba. Zajednički prostor u objektu se takođe redovno čistio i održavao. Sve pohvale za uslugu i definitivno se vidimo opet! Osjećali smo se kao kod svoje kuće! 🥰
