Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und auch die Terrasse mit Garten war super.Auch die Küche war mit vielen Kochutensilien ausgestattet Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach 👍 Großzügiges Bad mit Dusche.
Einige Töpfe und Tassen waren nicht sauber.gespült. Schimmel in der Kaffekanne weil nicht geleert und gebraucht oder vergessen. Das Schlafzimmer war etwas eng bemessen.

Die Lage war klasse, dicht am Südstrand und zum Zentrum. Dank Gartenschuppen waren auch die Fahrräder gut und sicher untergebracht. Auto konnte direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden.
Die Küche ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig und die Ausstattung war tlw. nicht nutzbar. Der Kühlschrank hat sehr lange gebraucht, bis er einigermaßen kalt wurde. Müllbeutel waren leider gar nicht vorhanden.
