Although the building is still under renovation, the work was good. Maybe after the renovation, it will be better.

The room was super clean and well lite.
I understand that the hotel is under construction but the smells in the hallways wasn’t very nice and they weren’t construction smells either.

Close to waterfront, dining, and downtown shopping area. Secured underground parking for SUV, cars less than 6 ft height
While the room itself was newly renovated, clean, comfortable, the entire building is being restored, and should be noted

The room is still clean, with a coffee maker and microwave
The hotel is under renovation, so the elevators aren't working. People with large luggage should be careful. The corridors and stairwells smell really bad - the place is in terrible condition.
