The apartment was cold and far from the ski lifts.

The apartment has been renovated, and the furniture is new.

The apartment was cold. Upon arrival, when I entered the apartment with my family it was very cold (19-20°C). My impression was that the heating had been turned on just before we arrived. Additionally, the cold was coming from the walls and the floor near the terrace door. When we arrived, we turned the radiators up to the maximum and contacted the host to complain. His response was that he could see remotely that the apartment was at 22°C, that we had manually turned the radiators to maximum, and that he would later adjust the radiators to 23-26°C, and the apartment would heat up in the next 2-3 days. I should note that we rented the apartment for 6 nights, which meant that the apartment would be heating up for half of our stay. Then we learned that the host could control the heating remotely, and he kept reducing the heating and locked the thermostat at 26°C in the living room and at 20°C or so in the bathroom. We complained several times, and he would turn on the heating, only to turn it off again after a short time. Since the thermostats are located on the radiators themselves, i.e., on the heat source, they do not reflect the actual temperature in the apartment because the further you move from the radiators, the colder it gets. As a result, we spent our entire stay in wool sweaters, and we couldn’t dry our wet equipment properly because the radiators kept turning off. I believe it is unacceptable for an apartment in the mountains during ski season to be cold, and it is also wrong to prevent guests from turning the heating on themselves. What is especially inappropriate is remotely turning off the heating when a guest complains about the cold. The building where the apartment is located is not close to the ski lifts. If you don't want to walk half a kilometer in ski boots with skis on your shoulder, you will need to drive. The building where the apartment is located is old, and the hallway leading to the apartment is dark and creepy.

Nowo wyposażony pokój z bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Bardzo blisko dolnej stacji kolejki / stacji narciarskiej / centrum miasteczka. Gospodarz i administrator bardzo pomocni. Świeże, nowe i bardzo czyste wyposażenie. Wszystko bardzo funkcjonalne. Newly furnished room with a very well-equipped kitchen. Very close to the lower cable car station/ski resort/Passo Tonale center. The host and administrator were very helpful. Fresh, new, and very clean furnishings. Everything was very functional.
