Clean, modern apartment with everything you need for an extended stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The owners are very kind and helpful. Each room has air conditioning, and there is a large balcony with a table. There is also a private parking spot behind a gate.
The beach is just across the road. There is a supermarket, an all-you-can-eat buffet, and several local restaurants and pizzerias in the nearby buildings.
We can 100% recommend this place! Our stay was wonderful!

Cosa mi è piaciuto della struttura? TUTTO. Preferisco sempre le case agli hotel perché sono più calde e accoglienti. E questa casa è davvero eccezionale. Nuovissima, piena di luce, profuma di cose belle, arredata con gusto, pulitissima, in una posizione invidiabile, in uno stabile super moderno, con un utilissimo posto auto (chi conosce Silvi può capire). L’accoglienza è stata di quelle che ti fanno davvero far pace col genere umano. Maria Luigia e la sua splendida famiglia sono sempre state presenti. Dall’arrivo alla partenza. Ci sono venuti incontro su tante richieste. Ci hanno fatto trovare in casa un dolce tipico abruzzese. L’acqua e il succo in frigo. Le cialde per il caffè della mattina. Dal terrazzo perimetrale si può vedere una splendida alba. Anche la mia cagnolina si è trovata benissimo in questa meravigliosa casa. Non solo mi sento di consigliarla ma sicuramente sarà la mia tappa fissa a Silvi.
