We absolutely loved this place! Due to our travel plans we have stayed in 3 places (visited Rome, Naples, Venice) and this was by far the best place we stayed!
Check is was very simple and all communication was over WhatsApp with Giulia who was lovely & responded quickly.
We got a bigger room than originally booked which was fab! Clean, modern, location is fab and the area is lovely and quiet. Number 2 bus stop is a couple of minutes up the road and takes you straight to Venice bus station.
The room was very spacious, air con was great! Beautiful place. If we come back to Venice, we would 100% stay here.
The only things we would suggest are:
- another mirror (long length ideally) in another room as only 1 mirror which is in the bathroom.
- no drinking cups or glasses just paper cups. These weren't ideal due to hot water from coffee machine/kettle and size was very small if used for water.
- wifi was very poor (not a huge thing for us this time as we were out exploring so not in room for a long period of time) but it would be had we stayed for more than 1 night.

Location was perfect, near to public transportation and some restaurants.
Also there was a coffee machine and some coffee.
The wifi signal was really poor.
So we couldnt use the wifi.
