Tout était parfait, nous avons eu la chance de découvrir Bali en commençant par ce logement, le personnel était au petit soin ! Et la villa un bonheur, à notre arrivée des fleurs et les serviettes étaient disposées de manière à nous souhaiter la bienvenue. L’hôtel à organiser notre pick up à l’aéroport avec professionnalisme et à même où nous aider à obtenir un scooter prêt pour notre arrivée. Des masseuses sont également disponible et viennent jusqu’à la chambre.
Oui nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Juste la douche manquait de pression mais c’est un très gérer détail

La struttura era bella spaziosa, il bagno molto bello e il letto ha la rete che protegge da insetti e animali. I ragazzi sono molto disponibili, la colazione ci sta e ce la possibilità di fare massaggi in camera (extra)
La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare, gli asciugamani, le lenzuola, le tende, e la rete del letto erano tutte macchiate.
Nella parte superiore della tenda c’erano insetti morti che anche con la pulizia non sono stati rimossi totalmente. A certi orari del giorno l’acqua della doccia non ha un flusso costante, ci è capitato di non averla anche per un ora.
Ultima cosa la strada per arrivare alla casa è in un punto molto molto stretto, quindi alcuni Grab in auto si rifiutano di percorrerla perché rischiano di rovinare l’auto.

Well priced, out of all the hussle and bussle of Ubud. Nice and quiet. In walking distance of restaurants and convience store.
Very tight entry to street for Taxis. So best to make sure your taxi is small or ride a scooter.

I would like to say that our first impression of the villa was actually very positive. The landscaping and garden design are beautiful, and the monkey fountain is especially lovely! it gives the villa a very lively and relaxing atmosphere. The overall concept of the place is really nice.
After staying here for the past few days, we honestly feel disappointed with the general cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Unfortunately, the villa feels quite dusty and not very well maintained, which has affected our experience. Even simple things such as the rubbish bins not having plastic bags inside made the place feel sticky and uncomfortable.
There are also a few maintenance and hygiene issues we would like to kindly mention:
1. The lounge chairs beside the swimming pool look like they have not been cleaned for a long time. The pool water is also not very clear, and it seems the bottom of the pool may need vacuuming/cleaning.
2. Some of the wooden flooring near the pool appears rotten and unstable, which feels unsafe to step on and may need repair or replacement.
3. The towels/floor mats placed in front of the bedrooms do not appear to have been changed for quite some time and look quite dirty.
To be honest, we feel a little sorry because this villa actually has so much potential to be an amazing place if the maintenance and cleaning were improved properly. The design and atmosphere are wonderful, which is why it feels disappointing to see the current condition
