Breakfast was amazing. So was the view from the Mosaic Restaurant. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Everything was delicious.

L’avantage de cette Hotel c’est qu’il nous donne l’impression d’être tout seul car il se trouve à l’extrémité de la plage. Le fait de pouvoir déjeuner au bord de la piscine et très sympa.
La plage est très belle
Le niveau de service est clairement pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel
Mise à part le service à l’accueil, entre autres avec Aziz et le service au restaurant avec Mounir était excellent
Mais le service à la piscine au restaurant de la piscine et à la plage était très très médiocre

Nice area, hotel rooms are modern and clean. The beach is nice and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing.
Staff need to be more welcoming and hospitable. They are not very friendly. They also need to disclose all extra costs up front and not upon departure. The hotel needs wristbands or something so you are not bombarded every 5 minutes when entering if you are staying there, what your name is and what room number. Same goes for use of the beach. Having security come up to you every few hours is bothersome. For what you charge the service and hospitality should be top notch.
