**the ridiculously high price is intentional. The trailer was being booked a lot and we wanted to reserve some weekends for ourselves. If you want it the night before you must book that additional night. Just a few things to note before your trip: 1. The A/C runs off electricity and the heater runs off of propane, so you’ll have to plan accordingly if you’d like to use them. There is a propane tank but we can’t guarantee how full it is. So if you plan on using it a lot you should bring an extra. 2. We don’t provide a generator. 3. We provide bedding for the queen bed only. 4. We provide RV friendly toilet paper. 5. There are solar panels and those provide enough juice to power the refrigerator, charge phones/small electronics through the outlets, the indoor/outdoor speakers, awning, and lights. 6. There are mounts inside and outside for a television if you want to bring your own. 7. We allow pets, just don’t let them tear things up and remember to not leave them in a warm trailer throughout the day! 8. If you, your children, or your furry friends are muddy, you can use the outdoor shower to rinse off before coming in. 9. I will clean after so no need to deep clean! We just request that you remove the trash and empty the black and gray tanks before returning the trailer. There is a $75 charge for not emptying a tank upon return. 10. We work from home so we are pretty flexible for check ins and check outs. Just let me know when works best for you so we can plan ahead! 11. Hitch is 2-5/16. 12.
