The room was quite big, very clean and with an additional fridge. They also left us extra bottles of water and soap/shampoo. The bathroom was also clean and roomy!
The location was great and even if very lively in the evening we didn't hear anything because the insulation was pretty good.
We were at the third floor and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also didn't have much trouble with the stairs. Plus the place has also a common kitchen for cooking.
There was also a place to hang in the clothes (but no wardrobe/closet in the room).
The pillows were very very thin. It would have been nice to have some additional ones to choose from!
Sadly the breakfast was pretty late too (indicated as 8am) and the time the bar/cafe had strangely was 8:10am so they did but let us in till then.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con mia moglie. Ottima struttura, posizione top, proprietari super disponibili, camera moderna e spazio comune ben attrezzato

Posizione centrale, comoda al parcheggio del porto subito dopo parco Catullo. Comoda ai mezzi pubblici (attenzione, i mezzi pubblici del posto non sono amici del turista).
La gestione dell accesso è efficace anche se è tutta da remoto. Noi siamo arrivati tardissimo ma l host ci ha comunque dato istruzioni per accedere e ci ha sbloccato la porta da remoto.
Direi nulla.
