Good location on Naran Bypass yet close to Naran Bazar.
Helpful staff.
Breakfast could do with some variety. Repetitive menu over three days stays didn’t sound very attractive.

The excellent surroundings you look out of the balcony and get mountain views there's a small river waterfall in front of the hotel the atmosphere is amazing after a long journey it eases your comfort zone in your mind and you are given a refreshing apricot juice complimentary on arrival you are treated as you are a king or queen the beds are amazing you get excellent sleep electricity is here 24/7 as well as the hot water ....now for the food in the restaurant it is cooked how you prefer just ask and they accommodate your needs food is delicious and appetising...the morning breakfast is also excellent so many options 🥰🥰🥰🥰 i cannot think of anything negative to say about luxus ......the staff are amazing especially manager mr billall and general manager mr khurram thay are so professional and kind makes it even better🙏🙏🙏

It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team was extremely professional, courteous, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay truly comfortable and memorable.
I would especially like to recognize Mr. Muhammad Saifullah (Duty Manager) and Mr. Maaz (Bell Boy) for their exceptional hospitality and warm attitude. While every member of the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, these two gentlemen stood out for their consistently positive attitude, genuine smiles, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our overall experience. It is always refreshing to encounter staff who take such genuine pride in their work and make guests feel valued.
Overall, the service, hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.
I will definitely be rebooking my stay when I visit again. Looking forward to another wonderful experience!
Just a suggestion, that the television needs an upgrade (Smart TV)
