Nice place. Can walk everywhere from it, It’s on a hill though so expect an uphill walk back to the property or an Uber. Some nice cafes and restaurants near by. Nice private patio garden for a drink.

Nice house with off street parking . Well decorated and comfortable.,with large ,well equipped kitchen and lots of free cleaning products ,tea,coffee provided. Place to sit outside on back of house.
Bus stop into Brighton situated outside house. Downhill walk into Kempton and Brighton.
The seating area outside needed a bit of a tidy ,lot's of weeds . On front of house there were lots of bins on pavement belonging to house next door and because of weather we're attracting flies.
The wardrobe in the twin room is very unstable ,needs fixing to wall .
A small bottle of fresh milk would be nice .
Felt the information book needs updating as nothing in there ,eg bus timetable, taxi numbers ,restaurants ,etc.

It was very clean and comfortable.
The cheap curtains meant that we were awake at 6am due to the light pouring in.
We had arranged an earlier check-in having driven from York but when we arrived, we were told we could get in at 4, not 3.
We had to message to push back and we sat in the sun on the drive until someone came to check the house before we were sent the key code to enable us to enter the property at 3pm, as previously arranged.
So, ultimately, we were allowed in one hour earlier, but it was still frustrating at the time.

Appartement propre , calme et spacieux. Parking privé appréciable, même avant l'heure de récupération des clés.
Pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la salle de bain. La Terrasse et le jardin restent à aménager mais ce fut tout de même très appréciable et agréable.
