The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. They responded to my requests promptly and took the time to ensure that every detail was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their attentiveness, willingness to help, and genuine commitment to providing excellent service made the overall experience especially pleasant and comfortable.
I only learned that breakfast was included after reading previous guest reviews, and I had already paid for it separately. The hotel could improve the guest experience by communicating this benefit more clearly at check-in or during booking. While the room was generally clean, there was a noticeable odor that detracted from the overall stay. Addressing this issue would help create a more comfortable environment, especially since guests reasonably expect a clean and fresh room for the price they pay.
