Nothing

Spacious especially for large groups and walking distance to several local cafes and an excellent supermarket (little greens)
Water pressure was very poor, bathroom drain was slow to empty, floors could do with mopping between guests, front bedroom needs blockout curtains, unit maintenance issues (eg gate on front patio is broken, clothesline is unusable as unable to hold any weight).
