The apartment was comfortable and well located. Communication with the host was easy, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were simple, and we enjoyed our stay overall.
There were ants in the apartment, especially during the night while we were sleeping. This issue should be taken care of.

The location was very convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the beach, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There was also a bus stop nearby for getting into central Durrës. (However, I wouldn’t particularly recommend taking the bus to tourists visiting Albania for the first time.)
The owner was very kind and honest. Despite our last-minute request, he arranged for a friend to pick us up at the airport and take us to the apartment at a very reasonable price. We really appreciated his kindness and helpfulness!
I understand that ants can be difficult to avoid because the apartment is close to the beach, but there were quite a lot of them, and I was bitten several times. I think it would be helpful to have some ant repellents or traps in the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and the owners were very nice and let us check in early. The AC worked great too!
On the first day WiFi wasn’t the best but the owner was helpful in getting it fixed. Also apparently in Albania many properties only allow cash payments which I wasn’t aware of so that was a learning experience for me and it made it a bit challenging to meet up to pay.
