We had a wonderful stay at Luxury Grande Suites by Hostiva. The booking was confirmed quickly through Booking.com, and the final price was exactly as advertised, with no unexpected charges.
Before our arrival, we informed the team that we were on the way, and Majeed Usman met us at the property. He showed us the residential complex, gym and parking area, took us to our parking space, helped us with check-in, explained the keyless entry system and provided all the necessary access and Wi-Fi information. Everything was very smooth and well organised.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The view is exactly as shown in the photos, with beautiful views of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the fountain area. There are two balconies where you can relax in the evening and enjoy the lights of the city.
The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has a large kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms — one with a bathtub and another with a shower. There is also a work desk, washing machine and drying rack. The bed linen was clean and pleasant, and the mattress was very comfortable — we slept extremely well. The air conditioning and ventilation worked perfectly, and the apartment was quiet with the windows closed.
Special thanks to Majeed Usman for his excellent service and communication. After check-out, we realised that we had left a personal item in the apartment. He responded quickly, found it and safely kept it for us until it could be collected. We really appreciated his help and professional attitude.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. The price fully matched the quality, location, views and service. If we had more time, we would gladly have stayed much longer.
We did not notice any significant disadvantages during our stay.

المكيف سيء ل غرف النوم و صاحب الشقه الساعه 11 صباحا وهو واقف عند باب الشقه ويدق الباب ولا يترك لك مجال تلم أغراضك مع ان الخروج المتعارف عليه الساعه 12 مع ترك بعض من الوقت كمحال لاكن لم يفعل
