Grauenhaft und absolute Grenzüberschreitung

Fremde Person hat einfach die Wohnung betreten! Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt und das Bett nicht gemacht!

Zweckmässige Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage

Die Lage direkt in der Fussgängerzone - und trotzdem war es ruhig.

Es war eher ungemütlich, dunkel. Das Licht über dem Küchentisch war unangenehm, grell. Leider nicht dimmbar. Alles Einzelbetten - für Monteure gut geeignet, für Paare nicht so (oder gerade :-D )

Für rund 120 Euro pro Nacht haben wir eine ungepflegte, teilweise schimmelige und schlecht ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefu

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist prima. Geschäfte und der Wochenmarkt waren zu Fuß perfekt erreichbar.

Wir waren drei Tage in der Wohnung und ich sag’s ehrlich, das war nix. Ich hab die Unterkunft für meinen Vater und seine Frau gebucht, die extra aus dem Süden angereist sind. Umso unangenehmer war mir das Ganze, weil man sich da ja irgendwie verantwortlich fühlt. Schon bei der Ankunft ging’s los. Im Kühlschrank lagen verschimmelte Lebensmittel. In beiden Schlafzimmern Schimmel an den Wänden. Das ist einfach ein No-Go. Die ganze Wohnung wirkte nicht gepflegt. In der Küche überall Schmierfilme auf den Edelstahlflächen, Fingerabdrücke an Türen und Zargen, insgesamt einfach nicht sauber. Da fehlt aus meiner Sicht komplett der Anspruch. Die Ausstattung war auch eher mau. Besteck und Tassen gefühlt nur für zwei bis drei Personen, Spülmaschinentabs erstmal gar nicht da und erst auf Nachfrage bekommen. Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber keine Möglichkeit, die Wäsche zu trocknen. Bügeleisen da, aber ohne Bügelbrett. Das passt alles nicht zusammen. Dann so Sachen, die einfach nerven. Ersatz-Toilettenpapier irgendwo versteckt in der Abstellkammer. Im Bad selbst lagen zwei Rollen, fertig. Da erwarte ich ehrlich gesagt, dass sowas klar ersichtlich ist. Technisch auch eher schwierig. Teile der Küchenbeleuchtung ohne Funktion, die Dunstabzugshaube richtig dreckig. Fernseher erstmal nicht nutzbar, weil die Batterien leer waren. Neue gab’s erst nach Rückmeldung und einsetzen durften wir sie dann selbst. Und Programmauswahl auch sehr überschaubar. Die Nachttischlampe ging anfangs gar nicht, weil keine Steckdose erreichbar war. Erst nach Rückmeldung kam ein Verlängerungskabel. Also wieder ein Punkt, den man sich selbst organisieren muss. Was für mich gar nicht ging, keine Vorhänge im Wohnraum, einem Schlafraum und Küche. Die Nachbarn konnten einfach in die Wohnung schauen. Privatsphäre gleich null. Und was mich am meisten gestört hat, es kam einfach nichts zurück vom Vermieter. Wir haben die Dinge angesprochen, aber kein echtes Entgegenkommen.

Eine perfekte Lage, direkt neben einem Weihnachtsmarkt und schöne Innenstadt

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (bis auf der Sitzgarnitur )ist leider in die Jahre gekommen .
