Super Lage in der Altstadt, nur 15m vom Hauptplatz entfernt, wo man auch parkieren kann. Komplett neu renoviert, sehr geschmacksvoll, modern eingerichtet, geräumig mitWohnzimmer und separatem grossem Schlafzimmer. Alles vorhanden: Lavazza Kaffemaschine, grosser Kühlschrank mit „Inhalt“, komplett eingerichtete, stilvolle Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Und nicht zu vergessen: Man spürt, dass die Gastgeberin, Lucia, ähnlich ihr ganzes Herzblut gibt, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Auch erwähnenswert, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche Restaurants sich zum Verweilen anbieten, der Hafen und der Strand sich in nächster Nähe befinden und auch - wenn jemand mit dem Zug kommt - der Bahnhof lediglich in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist.Wir waren vollends zufrieden
Was vielleicht das Ganze noch abrunden würde, wäre ein Manusl mit den nötigsten Informatioenen zur Wohnung selbst aber auch zu Nettono, Strand, wichtigste Geschäfte, Rrstaurants, Ausfligsmöglichkeiten zB nach Ponza oder Ventotene, Zug/ und Busverbindungen nach Rom.

We are very happy with our choice. The apartment looks better in reality than in the photo. Everything, including furniture, appliances, repairs - in perfect condition. We had no problems communicating with the owners. All our wishes were immediately satisfied. A nice bonus was a large selection of drinks... There were other nice bonuses from the hostess.
There are no taxis in Nettuno, so if you arrive by train, getting to the apartment will be problematic. The apartment is located in the historic center of Nettuno. Therefore, you need to be prepared for the fact that the street will be noisy until late.

Чудовий дизайн, ідеальна чистота, сучасна дизайнерська техніка SMEG, високої якості косметичні та гігієнічні засоби, зручні спальні місця (ліжко та розкладний диван), суперзручні подушки (приймають форму тіла), гарний посуд, великі рушники, наявність халатів і тапок для гостей, різні види кави, снеки, газована та негазована вода в скляних пляшках (причому за вказані продукти не треба було доплачувати). Якщо декількома словами - то це апартаменти мрії. Власники та їх представники (Лючія і Франческа) дуже уважні та швидко реагували на будь-які наші запити (в тому числі і у вихідні дні). Дуже дякуємо Лючії та Франчесці за розуміння та людяність. Місцерозташування просто ідеальне: центр міста, багато ресторанів та магазинів поруч, до чудового пляжу 5 хвилин пішки. Декілька слів про пляжі. Пляжі широкі, пісчані. Море чисте, вхід в море класний. В Неттуно є безкоштовні пляжі (великий біля церкви - 15 хвилин пішки від апартаментів; також є зона безкоштовного пляжу на великому пляжі за 5 хвилин від апартаментів). На платних пляжах вартість парасольок і шезлонгів - 6 євро за кожен (тобто за шезлонг і парасольку - 12 євро).
