The space in the apartment was excellent.
The bed was comfortable and clean.
The fan was extra helpful to cool down in the heat weather especially all night too.
The sofa was lovely but low.
Glad they offered body towels and slippers.
The window views were great.
The lights were great too.
We loved the lamp stand next to the window too.
Glad there were plenty of the spare toilet rolls too.
The room was bright enough. The bold colour on the wall felt warm.
It was the most cleaner apartment apart from the ants being crawled everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom.
The toilet seat had been replaced and repaired as well.
The TV wasn't broken as it just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in and it worked!
WiFi is good.
The clothes cupboard had plenty of space.
Excellent communication via message with the owner of the apartment because I am profoundly deaf and I don't use calls. The messages via booking.com was great as well.
The ants were mostly in the bathroom and kitchen. Rarely on the dining table too. Still there when we left too. If you leave the food unattended, the ants will come to it.
No hot water in both the taps kitchen and bathroom. The shower is weak and not strong enough but the temperature is lukewarm.
The toilet seat was broken when we arrived as I tried to sit on it and I nearly fell off the toilet seat.
The small air conditioner was not enough to breezy cool air in however the fan helped too.
Unfortunately there is not big enough for the shower mat so we used a small two mat whatever it was there. What was really a surprise was that there was no offer of the hand towels for the bathroom, kitchen and the tea towel for the kitchen as well
The TV was unprepared as we thought it was broken and I found the way to fix it to be unplugged and plugged back in and worked well.
The fridge wasn't on when we arrived and had to request for help to turn it on.
The sofa can be uncomfortable if it sits too long and low.
We haven't used dishes, cups and cutlery that are available there as felt they were a bit dirty even on the surface in the cupboard. We use disposable dishes, cups and cutlery including kitchen rolls.
The computer chair was a bit uncomfortable too.
The lights were great but we couldn't switch the bedroom light off/on itself. It was only to switch the living room and bedroom lights off/on at the same time together.
