It’s got enough space for a comfortable short stay, with decent furnishings. The host was responsive with communications. The Internet was fairly fast. It’s conveniently located. The city view out the window is good. It’s quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking.
It’s a bit run down, the fittings are showing their age. When we first arrived, it smelled of old sweat, although thankfully that cleared up once we had run the a/c for a while. There are some small but annoying oversights in the design: only a single rail for hanging towels, no convenient power outlets on the kitchen worktop for kettle etc. The lighting is too dim and the curtains are too thin.
