Tutto perfetto, struttura di recente ristrutturazione, appartamenti ampi e curati, molto pulito.
La scala a chiocciola all’interno dell’appartamento era un po’ ripida

Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Weinregion, das Auto steht sicher auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Die Innenstadt von Alba ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm, Mauro hat uns u.a. mit Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps versorgt. Check In und Out haben problemlos funktioniert. Danke Mauro für die schönen Tage in Alba, wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße, Kerstin

posizione e parcheggio all'interno
un'ottima palazzina con grande potenzialità ma non c'è cura nei dettagli! Ed è un vero peccato! Lavanderia non pulita bene con lavatrice ed asciugatrice dove i filtri erano sporchi. mancanza di un dispenser nella doccia per il sapone nonchè appendini per teli bagno, mancanza di sapone mani.siamo arrivati ed erano vuoti poca accortezza nel dettaglio di chi pulisce l'alloggio! Poi ciliegina sulla torta armadio pieno di coperte e cuscini dove è stato impossibile posizionare le nostre valigie. poi una tv in camera non guasterebbe se ci fosse anche la possibilità di regolarsi da soli l'aria condizionata sarebbe fantastico invece di telefonare per farla abbassare o alzare ed è proprio successo così IMPENSABILE AI GIORNI NOSTRI!
