Niente. Ad agosto, con temperature esterne di 40 °C, è del tutto inaccettabile che i climatizzatori dual split non funzionino. Se a questo si aggiunge un'infestazione di blatte germaniche, la situazione diventa insostenibile. La struttura si è presentata priva dei requisiti minimi di igiene e vivibilità. Costretti ad abbandonare l'alloggio dopo appena una notte (delle 5 previste) — trascorsa unicamente per l'impossibilità logistica di spostarci di notte —, abbiamo dovuto trovare soluzioni di emergenza presso parenti ed altri hotel. Il proprietario stesso ha ammesso la presenza di entrambi i problemi non ritenuti gravi a tal punto di fare un rimborso totale. A fronte di un'ammissione esplicita e di un disservizio tale da rendere l'immobile inagibile, qualsiasi gestore corretto avrebbe dovuto rimborsare immediatamente l'intero importo. Invece, l'alloggio è stato fatto pagare per intero relativamente alla prima notte subita per forza maggiore, negando il rimborso integrale che ci spettava di diritto. Servizi essenziali non erogati, gravi carenze igienico-sanitarie e una gestione priva di professionalità. Struttura da evitare assolutamente.

Ampio appartamento in pieno centro, appena ristrutturato. Pulito, curato, manca forse qualche elemento d'arredo in quanto un po' "spoglia". Host gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità, ritorneremo sicuramente

Non so se fosse un problema momentaneo, ma l'aria condizionata non andava. Funzionava perchè era correttamente accesa e impostata, ma fuoriusciva aria tiepida, con il caldo di questo periodo la casa non si è mai rinfrescata.
