The place was nice enough, the bed was comfortable and the apartment felt spacious. The balcony is definitely the best part of the whole place - It's a beautiful view and such a lovely spot to relax. The location isn't bad either, as long as you don't mind going up and down quite a few stairs. The host was also really responsive and helpful.
The checkout time of 9–9:30am feels a bit extreme (although that's on us for not checking beforehand!), and the instructions to get to the place are overly complicated. Once you're there, it's actually not that difficult to find.
The cleanliness could be better, as we found quite a lot of crockery that hadn't been washed properly. The shower box is very small, and I'm not sure how a taller or bigger person would manage.
I also think the place could be better equipped for this type of accommodation. There wasn't even a bottle opener, and the coffee machine only works with specific capsules, so you need to ask for more if you run out.
Having to take out the rubbish ourselves also felt a bit much, especially with different collection days and times. You're basically leaving everything together by the pavement, so I'm not even sure it's being collected correctly.
Overall, we had a nice stay but some small changes would definitely make the experience more "holiday friendly".

Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar.
Es wurde sofort ein schnelleres Internet organisiert,so dass man top im Homeoffice von dort arbeiten konnte.
Der Gastgeber hat zusätzliche Freizeittipps gegeben.

Balcony with an amazing view. It's spacious and near city center by car.
We did not use the kitchen but it looked like it provided everything needed for preparing a simple meal.
Getting the key and accessing the place is not straightforward, but a gentle host provided very detailed instructions with pictures and videos. The price is also excellent for the region.
My low note is due to the heat that ruined both nights. I was led by the ad saying "air-conditioned apartment" and the symbol of A/C in the summary but the only A/C is located in a tiny corridor. The small fans available are not enough for summer. Although it was my mistake not reading the info thoroughly, I think this aspect should be emphasized in the ad.
