It was modern and had a kitchen. Good A/C.
Terrible staff - bad directions - hard to find. On a loud street with a mini market that stays open until 2AM - drunk people yelling in the street all night.
Black mold in the bathroom behind the vanity. The grout of the shower is all breaking down and clearly there is water infiltration. The entire bathroom stinks like mould and you have to keep the bathroom door shut or it permeates the entire apartment. Yuck.
The bedroom is small and super cramped.
“Tile” behind the gas stove top is paper and peeling off. Unbelievable fire hazard.
