The instructions going inside for the first time is a bit confusing but other than that its a nice place🥰

Location right across from the train station and walking distance to everything in Florence. The apartment has a kitchen and washer. There were also some pastries and a bottle of wine, which we didn't open, but appreciate the gesture.
Directions to get the keys can be confusing. You have to get access to the building, then the elevator, then the main door, and finally the apartment door. The code to access the building was changed during our stay, so we had to call the manager one night to get a new code.

なんども英語でメッセージをくれといってあったのにイタリア語だけで通りかかった人の助けではいることができた。
テレビの使い方などインストラクションをのこしておいてほしかった。
