Location, view and access to amenities.
Good to have 2 separate rooms with air con and towels
There was minor issues which included; lift to and from fourth floor on several occasions (including departing with heavy suitcases) did not work. We had to use the stairs.
Perhaps the wardrobe in room one could have been cleared to allow clothes to be hung as it was full of bedding. No where to hang clothes.
Kitchen perhaps could have been cleaner; with coffee splashes on wall and sink area left with uncleaned sink area. Under sink untidy as was the broom cupboard.
To note: Difficult to get cold water from en-suite tap.

Large communal space and adjoining balcony was perfect for lazing around and taking it all in
Well furnished and comfortable bedrooms, one ensuite
