Lovelystay INFERNAL - NEVER AGAIN

Apartamento sujo e velho.
Luz vai a baixo frequentemente (basta usar máquina de lavar e forno simultaneamente).
Casa de banho que inunda com um simples duche, sem tomada elétrica e sem ventilação.
Não há uma varanda digna desse nome para se respirar num apartamento que fica ao nível da rua onde circulam pessoas e carros a toda a hora!
A LOVELYSTAY prestou um péssimo serviço: em 11 dias de estadia, fizeram uma única limpeza a 48 horas do CHECK-OUT e apenas após a minha insistência. Perante vários pedidos nunca ninguém da LOVELYSTAY deu a cara. Fomos atendidos com muita dificuldade apenas por call-centers que desconheciam completamente a situação da nossa reserva.
Em mais de 20 anos como cliente de serviços de alojamento turístico em Portugal, nunca tinha sido confrontado com um nível de serviço tão amador, desorganizado e manifestamente pouco profissional.
A forma como toda esta situação foi conduzida é absolutamente inaceitável e revela uma preocupante falta de organização, competência e respeito pelo cliente. Aquilo que deveria ser uma experiência de alojamento minimamente cuidada transformou-se numa sucessão de falhas, respostas inadequadas e ausência de uma verdadeira preocupação em resolver os problemas apresentados.
É difícil compreender como um estabelecimento que presta serviços de alojamento turístico pode apresentar um nível de atendimento tão abaixo dos padrões mínimos de qualidade e profissionalismo que qualquer cliente tem legitimamente o direito de esperar.
Considero esta experiência extremamente grave e profundamente dececionante. Não se trata de uma simples falha pontual, mas de uma evidente incapacidade de prestar um serviço com o profissionalismo, responsabilidade e consideração pelo cliente que seriam exigíveis.
Depois de mais de duas décadas a utilizar regularmente serviços de alojamento turístico, posso afirmar, sem qualquer hesitação, que esta foi a pior experiência.
