Extraordinary views that you will not find anywhere else!
Very spacious flat located in a gated compound, between the Hassan II Mosque and Marina Mall, within walking distance of the medina, the seaport, the Scala restaurant/fort, and Rick's Café.
Luxury furnishings and high construction quality, noticeable in every detail.
The security staff are very friendly and welcoming, whether you arrive by car or on foot.
I had online contact with the landlord, who was welcoming and responsive.
I think we were simply unlucky with the timing. This is how I explain the gap between my experience and the previous reviews.
The floors, kitchen, and bathrooms did not appear to have been specifically cleaned for our arrival. Perhaps the flat had been unoccupied for a long time before we came. It was not dirty, but it did not feel clean either. We did not dare use the kitchen.
The flat needs some maintenance, and some details no longer look like they do in the pictures. I would have expected more given the location and the building standard.
We had issues with the television upon arrival, but the owner fixed them quickly.

Appartement déjà super en photos, mais encore mieux en vrai. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Il y a la climatisation dans le salon et les chambres si besoin. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Il y a une machine à laver avec fonction séchoir, plus de la lessive. C'est très calme. Et tout est vraiment très propre. Très bien sécurisé, il y a des gardiens partout et même dans le parking, ils vérifient bien qu'on fait partie du bâtiment et ils sont très gentils. Vraiment super 👍.
Juste à savoir : les fenêtres de la véranda ne s'ouvrent pas, du coup, il y fait très très chaud.
