The location was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants, Crown and Flinders st station.
Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Value for money was great. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location.
As it’s not a hotel, I found the keys being dropped off by a second party and checkout a bit confusing. And the communication with staff is by email or phonecall as opposed to reception staff that you’d expect at a regular hotel. Emails were answered quickly during business hours.
Given the price and location, I would say that the trade off for not having reception staff to help is definitely worth it.

the sheets , quilt , towels all stained .. the quilt had urine stains .. i was there for 6 nights told them first day that quilt and towels were disgraceful wasn’t until my last night that they actually acknowledged me and then the staff were particularly rude on the front desk after they rang me to help they then stuck there noses up at me when i came down to foyer
