A great place, super comfortable, with the amazing view on the sea. Clean, had everything you needed, especially convenient for a family with small children. Federico was a great host, making sure everybody felt welcomed and had what they needed. Highly recommended!

Soggiorno eccellente, ma costi extra da rivedere
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole in questo residence. La struttura è curata, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza in completo relax. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cortese, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza.
Le uniche note stonate riguardano alcuni costi extra:
Supplemento animali: la tariffa richiesta per il cane è decisamente esagerata rispetto alla media e ai servizi forniti.
Seconda auto: il costo per il parcheggio della seconda vettura ci è sembrato elevato, considerando che si tratta comunque di un posto all'aperto e che nelle vicinanze sono presenti comodi parcheggi gratuiti.

Federico war super, die Lage war sehr gut und die schalldichten Fenster haben den Lärm des Zugs sehr gut abgefangen . Positiv ist auch die Zuverlässigkeit von Host Federico zu betonen.
Die Schlafcouch und das separate Bett im extra Zimmer waren extrem schlecht. Nur das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war gut. Mein erwachsener Sohn und mein Mann haben im Doppelbett geschlafen weil mein Sohn alle anderen Schlafgelegenheiten nicht nutzen konnte. Das blieb dann an mir hängen . Außerdem hatten wir immer wieder massive Probleme mit dem WLAN was uns Probleme bereitet hat weil wir nicht online arbeiten konnten
