We arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues checking in—everything was in order and the service was great! The breakfast was also wonderful every day.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Carlos V. who was very polite, attentive, and detail-oriented.
His professionalism and kindness really made a difference during our stay. The hotel is also very well located, with modern facilities and excellent service.
One suggestion for improvement would be to offer room service, which would be a great addition, especially for guests returning from a long day of hiking. It would be very convenient to relax in the room and enjoy a meal without having to go out.

Relatively new, reasonably clean, and in a good location for exploring the historic center. And a shower door design that actually keeps the water inside and the bathroom floor dry.
On the negative side, if you charge USD 220 per night, you have to accept being judged against that price point. And I could make a long list of things that I found quite disappointing for that price, including complimentary bottles of water provided only on the first night “for sustainability reasons” (we stayed for three nights), black filter coffee and instant cappuccino powder at breakfast, and interior design that felt relatively uninspired, purely functional, and clearly optimized for cost.
Long story short: in my opinion, this is poor value for money — and it makes me think twice about staying at Hilton Group hotels in the future.
