The location is great, and the place is spacious enough for several guests. The pillows and blankets were comfortable, soft, and fluffy. The key box system was convenient, and customer service responded quickly to our messages. Therefore, I hope the feedback will also be taken seriously and addressed.
Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty when we arrived. The sofa was covered in hair and dirt. Clean pillows and blankets had been placed on top of the sofa, but when we moved them, there was a pile of fluff and dirt underneath. We had to vacuum the sofa ourselves to remove the dirt and hair.
When putting a sheet over the sofa, we also found dust and a piece of paper between the sofa cushions. It was also clear that the area underneath and behind the sofa had not been vacuumed, as there was a lot of dust there.
Some surfaces, such as the kitchen countertop and the refrigerator doors, were also dirty. There were six of us staying at the apartment, but only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the entire weekend.
