The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and we really liked the location, which was convenient for exploring Bayonne. Despite the appearance of the building from the outside, the apartment itself was lovely inside and had plenty of space. We had a comfortable stay overall.
The main downside was that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, which I hadn't realised when booking. This may have been my own oversight, but it's definitely something future guests should be aware of, especially if travelling with a lot of luggage.
Unloading the car was also quite difficult because of the stairs and the lack of convenient parking nearby, although we managed in the end.
The building itself felt a little eerie and unwelcoming, which was quite different from the apartment, which was bright and pleasant inside. There were also quite a few personal belongings in the apartment, including photographs and car keys, which felt slightly unusual and made it feel as though we were staying in someone's personal home rather than a holiday rental.

L'appartamento ci ha dato l'impressione di una vera e propria casa "abitata" momentaneamente adibita a casa vacanze: per questo abbiamo trovato tutto i comfort necessari e anche qualcosa in più. E' disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa, ma se si vuole risparmiare ci sono alcuni posti auto distanti 5 minuti a piedi verso la periferia di Bayonne. Centro storico raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi.
Le scale e in generale l'intera struttura in legno di accesso all'appartamento non ci hanno dato l'impressione di grande stabilità, ma probabilmente perché si tratta di un palazzo storico.

Ik had dit appartement gekozen omdat het dichtbij het station is. Het was een topkeuze want het is een fantastisch appartment. Wij voelden ons meteen thuis. Mooi ingericht, licht, comfortabel, en aan alles was gedacht. De locatie was ook perfect, dichtbij Bayonne, de bus en de trein. Absoluut een aanrader.
