Lokalizacja obiektu na plus, przestronna hala garażowa, wszędzie w obiekcie czysto. Apartament zgodny ze zdjęciami. Wygodny, przestronny i co najważniejsze czysty.

w ofercie tego budynku brak informacji, że wzdłuż całej lini balkonów znajduje się pełno gniazd jaskółek, przez co balkon i wszystko dookoła jest w ptasich odchodach, w nocy przez pisk ptaków nie da się spać z otwartymi oknami co przy braku klimatyzacji i wentylacji jest niemożliwe, innymi słowy balkon jest bezużyteczny

Die Unterkunft befindet sich praktisch auf einer Baustelle. Davon war beim buchen keine Rede bzw. es gab darüber keine Informationen. Es war bis in den Abend und am Samstag sehr laut. Der Balkon war gefühlt auf der Baustelle.
