Magnificent house in a wonderful location

We loved this beautiful house with its magnificent rooms and it was certainly the best equipped of any house we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect with Botham's bakery just around the corner and a short walk into Whitby centre.

A very minor quibble - please update the house information to include details on recycling - we had no idea which bins to use or which items can be recycled. The house information requested that dogs were kept off the furniture which is fair but also to keep them downstairs. The last part requires some well behaved dogs to be trusted not to get on furniture or wander upstairs during the night.
