Enjoy a relaxing Gold Coast beach holiday at Kauai 2, a spacious ground-floor holiday apartment in Bilinga, perfectly positioned just steps from the golden sands of Bilinga Beach and close to Gold Coast Airport.
This comfortable two-bedroom Bilinga apartment combines a relaxed coastal feel with modern amenities, ocean views and two large covered patios, giving you plenty of space to unwind, dine and enjoy the beachside location.
Inside, the spacious open-plan living area features beautiful polished hardwood timber floors, plantation shutters and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the living room includes reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Step outside onto the first covered patio, accessed directly from the living room, where you can relax with a coffee or book while taking in the ocean views.
The second large patio is accessible from both bedrooms and is designed for outdoor living, with an alfresco dining area and shutters which allow you to open the space to the sunshine and coastal breeze or create a more private, sheltered area.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in robe, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a modern ensuite with shower over bath. The second bedroom is ideal for children or friends and includes two single beds, a ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.
A spacious main bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the separate laundry area is equipped with a Miele washing machine and dryer.
Located just steps from Bilinga Beach, Kauai 2 is also close to the Oceanway Path, a scenic, flat coastal pathway stretching for kilometres along the Gold Coast beachfront. Itโs ideal for morning walks, running, cycling or exploring the coastline. The apartment also includes secure parking for one car and is conveniently located just minutes from Gold Coast Airport.
While Kauai 2 is a ground-floor apartment, there are approximately five steps from street level to the unit.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is approximately a 6-minute drive south of the property and approximately 6 minutes south of Gold Coast Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

We enjoyed our stay because it was close to public transport and coffee shop, we would have liked more information regarding access to a refuse bin in the apartment's instructions and that there are stairs.

Great place to stay. Had everything I needed, very close to the beach and it was a great sized apartment. Great for solo or for a family of 4!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic and given that it was pet friendly were able to also bring our dog with us. It's a very short walk to the beach and the area was really quiet (even over the weekend). The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. My only negatives would be that the mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable for us, and that there could be more lighting in the living area. Other than that, great for a getaway.
