About this lodge
The Rowan is a fully renovated luxury mountain cabin with over 6,000 sq. ft. of space in the Sherwood Forest community—just one mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Hosted by a Top Superhost property manager, this 8-bedroom, 7 full-bath, and 3 half-bath retreat accommodates up to 30 guests. Some interior photos are included; exterior photos coming soon.
Designed for high-end comfort and unforgettable group experiences, this cabin features a private indoor pool, 12-seat high-end home theater with plush seating, fully equipped bar, private indoor pool, game room with arcade, hot tub, multiple mountain-view decks, a chef’s kitchen with Viking gas range, and a grand living room with a stone fireplace.

-1 room with 2 queen beds
-Bunk Room 1: 4 queen bunks
-Bunk Room 2: 2 full + 2 twin bunks
-7 full bathrooms + 3 half baths for convenience and privacy
-All beds feature DreamCloud Premium mattresses and high-end hotel luxury sheets
Pool Safety Features:
For your safety, both the interior and exterior doors leading to the pool room are equipped with automatic locking keypads, door closers that ensure the doors shut securely after each use, and alarms that sound whenever a door is opened. In addition, a splash alarm in the pool will activate if any movement is detected in the water outside of designated swim times. At The Rowan, safety is our top priority, and we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times while in the pool room.

-Must be 25+ to rent and present during stay
-Strict no pets & no open flame policy

Refund Policy: A 3% administrative processing fee applies to all refunds outside of a 24 hour after booking cancellation. This covers non-recoverable credit card transaction costs incurred at the time of booking.

Great place close to Pigeon Forge. The house was amazing with all the amenities you could ask for with plenty of parking. Our party enjoyed their time here and would book again if we needed a large space in the future.
