I enjoyed my stay, being in the mountains it has great views. Only issues I had was getting directions from google maps, took me to wrong location when I first tried to find location. The staff was very friendly, even with language barrier, I only speak few words Spanish so much of interactions we did throughout translation apps, which worked great. The on-site main hotel restaurant closes early about 7 pm, but food I ordered was excellent, one think to recommend is that to remember food takes time especially at smaller locations, so should not get frustrated with this. The staff also recommended some other locations in town that were also excellent. There is another bar/food area on site but it is more bar food only, also closes early during week which is understandable. The room was clean, only item was when refrigerator kicked on at times the light dimmed. Did not go use the gym facilities but it did look popular seeing many people use it. Pool area is nice but there wish were more chairs available to tan and sit. Overall was a great experience for my first time in Puerto Rico, and if given opportunity again definitely will be staying here again.
