L’hygiène !!!!!
La proximité avec les transport en commun et la réactivité de l’hôte François
Nous avons été déçus par l’état général de l’appartement. À notre arrivée, la poubelle était cassée, la bouilloire était complètement entartrée, et le canapé présentait des taches de café ainsi qu’une grosse tache peu rassurante. Nous avons également trouvé de nombreux cheveux dans le premier tiroir de la salle de bain ainsi que dans le canapé-lit. La brosse des toilettes était sale, l’armoire blanche également, et les joints de la douche mériteraient un bon nettoyage. Le cahier de bienvenue n’était pas très propre et était même un peu mouillé.
Le jet de la douchette était très faible. Le canapé-lit était en très mauvais état : il faisait énormément de bruit au moindre mouvement, ce qui rendait les nuits peu agréables. De plus, au niveau de la tête, le matelas n’était pas correctement soutenu et il y avait un vide, ce qui le rendait inconfortable. Il manquait également des lampes de chevet, il n’y avait qu’un seul miroir, et aucun sac-poubelle n’était prévu pour la petite poubelle des toilettes . Les serviettes propres étaient encore dans le sèche-linge à notre arrivée, nous avons dû les chercher nous-mêmes. Enfin, la télévision buguait énormément, ce qui était particulièrement frustrant pendant la Coupe du monde.
Après notre séjour, nous avons consulté les avis laissés par d’autres voyageurs et avons constaté que l’état du canapé-lit était déjà signalé depuis 2025. Il est donc dommage de voir que ce problème semble toujours ne pas avoir été résolu…
En revanche, nous avons apprécié la sécurité de la résidence, la proximité avec le métro, ainsi que la réactivité de l’hôte, François, qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages.
Le principal point négatif reste toutefois l’hygiène générale du logement. Pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits, on s’attend à un appartement propre et parfaitement entretenu. C’est vraiment ce point qui a le plus nui à notre expérience.
