التكييف ممتاز، والمكيفات في الغرف جديدة، والفرش جيد جدًا، والأسِرّة مريحة ونظيفة.
يوجد غسالة أوتوماتيك، ومطبخ متكامل، وميكروويف، وإنترنت عبر مودمين، كما توجد فوط مغسولة ونظيفة، ولم أستخدمها لكن أذكر ذلك للأمانة.
طاقم العمل رائع ومتعاون وسريع الاستجابة، وبواب العمارة محترم جدًا وليس له علاقة بالسكان.
بشكل عام اقامة مقبوله جدا مقابل المال المدفوع
* الغرفة الماستر بلا دورة مياه، ودورتا المياه في الشقة خارج الغرف وكثرة مرور سيارات الإسعاف بسبب قربه من مستشفى القصر العيني، مع كثرة الكلاب الضالة خلف العمارة ليلًا التي تسبب ازعاج .
لا توجد محلات تسوق مناسبة؛ معظم المحلات أجهزة طبية، والبقالات القريبة صغيرة جدا وبسيطه، وتحتاج سيارة للوصول إلى سوبرماركت.
* لم يعجبني في Booking قبل الحجز كان يظهر قابلًا للإلغاء مجانًا خلال فترة وبعد الحجز تخصم قيمة الحجز كاملة مع ظهور تحذير ((عند الالغاء ستدفع مبلغ وقدره وهو أكبر من قيمة الإقامة؟؟؟

Excellent stay, would come again.
Great location. Flat is just as you see in the pictures. Modern and clean, with loads of beds. The host and his brother would always check on us to see if we needed anything. We ask for an extra bed and they provided a sofa bed swiftly. Great large TV and quick WiFi.
Not really the fault of the host, but just be aware of the electricity. The host does give a generous initial top up, however if you run out, you will have to top up yourself after that. As we went in the summer, I'd advise to run the AC at 24 degrees (still cold) not 20. We saved 2.5x more electricity cost per day. When we initially were doing the AC in the 20 degree setting it used up the electricity in 4 days. When we put it up to 24 degree, it kept going for 10-11 days.
