The property is unique to the area in that it is detached and on one storey. The area is within walking distance of some good supermarkets and a short drive to a larger store. There are bus routes nearby but it takes only 20 mins to walk to the centre of old Corfu town.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and has a good sized fridge freezer. There is also a dishwasher and large sink. The lounge area is very comfortable and stylish and has a smart tv which allows you to connect to Netflix etc.
The bathroom has a good powerful shower and has a washing machine too. All three bedrooms are good sized and have comfortable beds with soft pillows and bedding. All rooms have good air conditioning, and large windows with shutters. The outside area gives sunshine and shade.
We loved everything.

The house is well equiped, clean, big enough for 4 persons, the terrace is wonderful and it's a perfect location, near the old center but in a quiet area.
