Sobre todo la ubicacion y el personal.
Del hotel nos encantó todo. Todo lo malo es para booking que ofrecia hanitacion con vista a la montaña sin consultar al hotel.

La ubicación y las instalaciones.
Me querían dar una habitación diferente a la que había seleccionado en booking. Me dijeron que no tenían más disponibilidad, me iban a dar una menor entonces pedí que me cobraran acorde. Luego "apareció" una habitación pero me querían cobrar más... finalmente me la asignaron y obtuve lo que había reservado, pero tuve que insistir mucho y realmente me provocó frustración empezar así.
