The room was conveniently located near the Train Station and lots of places to get a meal. Our host was responsive and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. We had no trouble getting to the train to Picton on time!
Bed could be higher.

Location proximity to train station
Very very small. Coffee machine not functional - part missing from back reservoir. No bathmat. Was expecting a bed not a Mattress on the floor. Sheets looked like they’d been slept in.

It’s perfect if you have something going on at the arena.
There seems to be dinosaurs living in the rest of the unit. Why were they stomping and slamming doors at 6 am on a Sunday.

Close to the train station and clean.
There was an unpleasant strong odor in the room as if someone had been smoking next door or upstairs. Smelled like old cigarette smoke. It was honestly so bad I would’ve left if it wasn’t so late. I slept with the covers/pillow over my head to get away from the smell.
