The Staff were wonderful / kind & patient cos I do not speak mandarin. They all have super translator gadget which helps The hotel is awesome & you cannot beat the location for being right where you want to be.

Locatie is top, midden in het centrum en metro station
De lift, normaal zouden er 2 liften beschikbaar zijn, maar 1 was buitendienst. Je moest dus lang wachten om naar boven en weer naar beneden te kunnen.

The Location is perfect and the staff try as much as they can to be helpful. The bed was very comfy. Probably the best thing in the room.
View is great if your room is on the best side of the hotel.
Maybe it's because I traveled during peak season but to me the room was too pricey. I specifically booked the hotel after checking they had a gym but I was told no gym after arrival.
A bit pricey compared to what you get ( but again it may be because I stayed in the hotel a week after the spring festival holiday)
Something was lacking , not as advertised but that's my opinion though
