**What I Loved About My Stay at Berkin ❤️**
1. **Fast and responsive communication.** They replied very quickly, making everything so easy and convenient from the very beginning.
2. **Warm and genuine hospitality.** Upon our arrival, they helped us with our luggage and personally assisted us to our room with the warmest smiles.
3. **Beautiful and clean property.** The place was really nice, well-maintained, and clean, making our stay even more comfortable.
4. **Exceptional service from Amy and Lily.** These two have the best personalities! They went out of their way to help me with my requests, even when it was beyond their usual responsibilities. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference.
I’m genuinely glad I chose to stay here. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the beautiful view, but also for the way Amy, Lily, and the team made me feel like a VIP. It’s rare to find a place with such a beautiful view and even more beautiful hospitality.
**Thank you, Amy and Lily, for making our stay extra special! You guys are the reason I’d happily come back. ❤️**

Great location. Next to metro and near to all the main sights
Staff were friendly and attentive
The room we booked doesn’t appear to exist in the hotel and no rooms offer city views even though advertised. The view was still nice from the view but we did pick this hotel specifically based on the room and view advertised.
The bath sink hole and pipes needing cleaning and the room smelt of cigerettes
