Отличное месторасположение, досточно чисто, имеются необходимые бытовые мелочи для комфортного проживания, наличие коммуникации от администрации объекта размещения.
Объектом размещения заявлено наличие спальных мест для 3-х персон. По факту спальных мест всего лишь 2. На момент заезда представлены спальные места на кровати (2 чел.) и маленький диван-книжка. При раскрытии дивана в день заезда одна половина свисала вниз ближе к полу, половинки дивана находились на разных уровнях, в последующие дни при раскрытии дивана начали выпадать саморезы, раскрыть диван и использовать его в качестве спального места не представлялось возможным, после чего сообщили о данном факте администратору, просили скидку ввиду отсутствия спального места (спать на неразложенном диване взрослому человеку проблематично, мало места, основание спального места- жесткая деревяшка). Получили отказ, в последнюю ночь перед выездом предложили выезд мастера, учитывая состояние дивана это ничего бы не решило, да и в последний вечер отдыха сидеть и ждать мастера такое себе удовольствие . Удивил тот факт, что проблемы с размещением клиентов решаются не до их приезда, а во время обнаружения ими же недостатков. Второй раз попадаю в объект, управляемый данной компанией, как и в другом объекте спальное белье не гладится, пододеяльник не выворачивается на лицевую сторону (мелочь, а не очень приятно). Итог: все неплохо, однако по ночам мучались поочереди спать на жесткой половинке нераскладываемого дивана. Надеюсь к приезду следующих гостей администрация заменит диван и объект будет привлекателен для постояльцев. Желаю удачи администрации объекта!
